About the speaker
Livia Wallner, MSc is a leadership consultant, academic mediator and executive coach with a focus on conflict transformation, leadership development and organizational dynamics.
She works with leaders and organizations facing complex challenges such as conflict, change and high-pressure decision environments. Her approach combines systemic consulting, mediation practice and psychological insight to support leaders in navigating difficult conversations, strengthening collaboration and fostering psychological safety within teams.
With more than 15 years of professional experience in leadership, consulting and organizational development, Livia brings both strategic business insight and deep expertise in human dynamics. Prior to her consulting career, she held senior roles in international business environments, including key account and marketing management in the medical technology industry.
Today she supports leaders, organizations and institutions in developing resilient leadership cultures and transforming conflict into opportunities for alignment, learning and sustainable performance.
