Join Chef Olivia Mecalco, owner of MiComedor Catering, for a fun and flavorful hands-on workshop where you’ll learn to prepare authentic, traditional Mexican Tamales.
Mi Comedor means “my dining room” in Spanish — a warm invitation from Chef Olivia to learn, cook, and savor together.
In this interactive class, attendees will make two classic corn tamales with chicken and, of course, enjoy tasting each one along the way.
