When life doesn’t go our way, we often react with stress, anxiety, anger, or disappointment. This emotional turmoil not only drains our energy and makes us feel bad, it also clouds our judgment, leaving us less able to handle the situation effectively.
During this 3-class series we will explore practical methods drawn from a set of Buddha’s instructions known as “Transforming Adverse Conditions into the Path to Enlightenment.” By gradually training in these methods we will cultivate ever-increasing mental resilience, empowering us to face life’s challenges with a calm, clear, and positive mind. With this inner strength we will have the ability to transform any situation — no matter how difficult — into an opportunity for personal growth and inner development.
This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators alike.
