About this Event
This class is designed to help Realtors close more transactions by understanding what really happens during the mortgage approval process. Loan officers and Realtors will work together to identify common deal killers, improve buyer readiness, and create smoother transactions from contract to closing. Topics include credit myths, debt-to-income strategies, fast pre-approval techniques, and loan programs for borderline borrowers. Realtors will also participate in an interactive Q&A session featuring live scenario questions and real examples of denied loans — including what could have saved the deal. In addition, Realtors will learn how to build stronger referral partnerships through co-branding, social media collaboration, and database follow-up systems that generate more repeat business and referrals.
