Roy Zur has done it. He built Cybint from scratch into a global cyber education leader before it was acquired by ThriveDX. Before that, he founded and exited BARBRI IL. Now he's at it again with Charm Security - an AI-powered scam defense platform backed by an $8M seed round from Team8.
In this talk, Roy will walk us through his real, unfiltered founder's journey: building MVPs, finding product-market fit, navigating pivots, and knowing when to push forward or walk away. Expect honest stories and hard-won advice - not a textbook lecture.

THE SPEAKER
Roy Zur - 3x Founder · 2x Exited · Co-Founder & CEO of Charm Security.
Roy is a serial entrepreneur, former cyber intelligence officer (15 years in Unit 8200), certified attorney, and Wharton alumnus. He's spent the last decade building and scaling companies in cybersecurity and deep tech.
His latest company, Charm Security, uses AI to protect banks and their customers from scams and social engineering - tackling what's become a trillion-dollar global fraud problem. Before Charm, Roy founded Cybint (acquired by ThriveDX in 2021) and BARBRI IL, and he currently teaches cybersecurity risk management at Reichman University.
He's also a Globes 40 Under 40 honoree and Forbes Business Council member.
