We’ll begin with a short introduction to the world of specialty coffee, followed by a series of senses-awakening exercises. The workshop will culminate in a calming yet powerful coffee-inspired meditation class.
In this event, you'll learn how the ritual of brewing filter coffee can be more than just a daily habit—it can be a powerful tool for grounding, resilience, and reconnecting with nature. Through engaging multisensory activities, you'll explore how the simple act of preparing and enjoying coffee can anchor you in the present and foster a deeper sense of inner strength.
