There’s nothing more empowering than confidently man-handling a man using leverage, and technique over size & strength, and we’ll teach you how to control and overpower resistance using techniques borrowed from wrestling and martial arts. You don’t have to be physically strong or in shape, as most of these techniques rely on leverage and positioning.
