How to Dominate Men: PHYSICAL DOMINATION & WRESTLING Master Class

Are you 50 shades of grey curious? Then don't come to this class. If, however, you are a Woman who is curious about how You can harness Your power as a Woman to have more control in Your career, over men and in your life through the art of Female Domination, then this class is for you.

Whether you are looking to spice up your love life, be more in control professionally, or even thinking about becoming a Domme, you'll get the psychology and tools you need to get started.

When we think of S&M, we often imagine whips and chains and latex catsuits. But the truth is—you really don’t need any of that; you were born with everything you need. This class will explore how to dominate a man using just your mind and body.

There’s nothing more empowering than confidently man-handling a man using leverage, and technique over size & strength, and we’ll teach you how to control and overpower resistance using techniques from wrestling and martial arts. You don’t have to be physically strong or in shape, as most of these techniques rely on leverage and body mechanics.

Some of the techniques we'll explore are:

1. Dialogue, Psychology and history of mixed matches
2. Modalities: Face slapping, H.O.M., Foot Domination, Trampling, Ball Busting, Beatdowns, Lift and Carry
3. Introduction to hands on play. Why wrestling / primal play vs with equipment? Why fun? Women’s advantages.
4. Assessing compatibility with play partner before even beginning.
5. Vetting. Why I started Brazilian Ju Jitsu, Safety: tapping out, safe environment.
6. Short intro on biology, carotid arteries. Joint locks.
7. Basic fundamentals: controlling the head, closing the gap, getting used to contact. Supplies.
8. Wrestling related: grip breaks, controlled choke hold for grappling safety and leverage, open hand, 2 forms of sleeper, scissors, front, side, rear, the mount, triangle, arm bar, palm to face, immobilizing the body. (If anything standing: grip breaks, motorcycle kick takedown.
9. Incorporating primal play techniques: Embracing the id
10. How to seamlessly transition from move to move instead of piecemeal.
