Join our Sector Development Team for a workshop to support you to develop your operational plan!

This workshop in our series of monthly workshops to support you and your organisation/community group to become more sustainable and work more efficiently. Last month, we discovered the tips and tricks that make writing a good funding application easier and more effective. But, submitting good funding applications is NOT the ONLY option you have to get more money for your organisation. There are many more ways for you to get more money. All those different ways, should be part of your fundraising strategy. So, if you want to discover what a fundraising strategy is, why it is important and what are the different ways of getting more money for your organisation, join us and all will be revealed!


Who is this event for?

This event is for anybody who is leading either a Black and Minoritised charity, CIO or a CIC across the South West.

  • What does it include?
  • What are the different types of fundraising?
  • How do you develop your strategy?


Who will we hear from?

  • Nathalie Sherring, Regional Capacity Building Manager, will be leading the webinar. Nathalie managed Dorset Race Equality Council (charity) for 7 years + and has worked in and with the VCSE sector most of her working life.
  • Michelle Meredith - Community Development Officer.
