About this Event
We all want to be happy, unfortunately we create a lot of problems for ourselves and others. In this course, we’ll be learning to train our mind in ways of thinking that lead to inner peace, the only source of real happiness. In particular, we’ll be learning from The New Eight Steps to Happiness, Geshe Kelsang’s deep dive into a classic Buddhist poem, “Eight Verses of Training the Mind” by Buddhist Master Langri Tangpa.
In this series of classes, through teachings, stories, meditations and Q&A, Kathia will explore Buddha’s techniques through which we can accomplish more peaceful minds. Through applying these joyful methods, we can all begin to have a more delightful and meaningful life.
