About the Speaker

Felipe Marinho is a co-founder at Stage2Startups and a Brazilian entrepreneur, consultant, and author. He worked for Shell Oil for over 15 years, performing leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Development, and Retail Network Planning.

In 2015, he moved with his family to the United States, where he co-founded an English learning platform called Soulphia, which went from 1,000 to 15,000 students worldwide during the pandemic.

At Soulphia, he worked as the COO (Chief Operating Officer), CMO (Chief Marketing Officer), and CEO (Chief Executive Officer).

Felipe holds a degree in Business Administration from Mackenzie University (Brazil), an MBA in Marketing from ESPM (Brazil), and a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School (NYC).

He works as a Marketing Consultant for Stage2Startups, an organization that creates tools, resources, and a safe community for people over 40 years transitioning from corporate to entrepreneurship.
