Learn how to carry, sit, stand, and walk with your baby using efficient body mechanics—so baby feels lighter and your wrists, shoulders & back feel better. You’ll also learn how to use your carrier/wrap as a tool to reduce strain and share the load.

• Practical muscle activation & postural alignment
• Right-way carrying: upright / hip / cradle + safe transfers (cot / pram / floor)
• The “lighter baby” effect (and how to repeat it at home)
• Using your carrier/wrap effectively to support your body
