Roland Daniels and Heidi Griffith are Las Vegas-based mortgage professionals specializing in Nevada homebuyer education and down payment assistance programs.
For over two decades, Roland Daniels (NMLS #355859), and Heidi Griffith (NMLS #2247754) have been helping Nevada families at every stage of the homeownership journey, whether you're buying for the first time, starting over, or finally ready to make the move. As licensed loan officers with Geneva Financial in Las Vegas, Nevada, they know Nevada's down payment assistance programs inside and out, and they teach them the way they wish someone had taught them: straight talk, real numbers, no sales pitch. They are especially committed to ensuring that first-generation buyers and underserved communities have access to the same knowledge, resources, and opportunities as everyone else.
Roland is a Director with Black Realtists of Southern Nevada, the local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and a board member of the Silver State Fair Housing Council.
