Our How-To classes take a deep dive into 1-2 ingredients, dishes or foods that need a bit more time for exploration in order to become an expert.
The health benefits of beets are imcomparable, but they're not the most straightforward veggie.
In this How-To class you will take a deep dive into the mighty beet both red and yellow from raw form to cooked, to pureed.
They are surprising.

Menu:
- Red Beets with Arugula, Orange Slices Goat Cheese, Walnuts, Cucumbers with a Sweet Lemon Viniagrette
- Golden Beet Curry with Pasta
Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
