Class Experience
Begin with crispy salt and pepper squid, paired with a bright, refreshing mango salsa and a fragrant lemongrass aioli. Then, craft juicy chicken bruschetta topped with ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Along the way, you’ll master frying, flavor balancing, and plating techniques for stunning, restaurant-worthy presentations that are as delicious as they are beautiful.

Classes are approximately 2 hours
Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple people for a single class. So, if you would like to register another person for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
