We’re excited to introduce our newest event series, How It’s Made: Knoxville Edition, a quarterly behind-the-scenes tour giving guests a firsthand look at how local businesses operate. Each tour visits different businesses in Knoxville and the surrounding counties, providing an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the people, processes, and day-to-day work that keep these organizations running. Host businesses get the chance to share their stories, showcase their work, and build relationships within the community. Join us for the first tour in our new series at Topgolf, Farragut’s premier entertainment destination. Topgolf blends technology, hospitality, and recreation to deliver a high-energy guest experience, pairing interactive golf with full-service dining and event operations.
This tour offers a closer look at how the Topgolf team keeps everything running — from managing daily operations to maintaining a consistent guest experience across both gameplay and hospitality. Host staff will walk guests through their processes, share how the venue operates behind the scenes, and answer questions along the way.
Attendees will explore the facility, see the hitting bays in action, and step out onto the field for an up-close look at the target system. Weather permitting, the group will also visit the facilities area where Topgolf’s ball processing system supports daily play.
What to expect:
• Wear comfortable shoes and clothing for this approximately one-hour walking tour.
• Plan to eat before or after the tour; refreshments are not guaranteed, and food or drink may be restricted in parts of the facility.
• Please arrive by 7:45 AM — the tour begins promptly at 8 AM.
