Carole is a 2026 Top Ten and charter member of Women Growing Together Express Network (WGTEN) and has been an active member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) since 2016.
Her journey is one of resilience and commitment. Retired from the U.S. Navy in 1995 as Chief Petty Officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps and later retired from the Victoria Criminal District Attorney’s Office in 2019. That same year, she launched her Woman/Veteran-Owned small business, Paper Angel and Gifts which she recently rebranded to Gracefully Reimagined to align with her product line. The word “NO” does not mean no; it means New Opportunity and Carole has stood by this throughout her careers, as well as her health battles with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and now a heart condition as a result of her treatment over 30 years ago.
