This comprehensive course equips you with knowledge about the stages before, during, and after labor, as well as insights into various medical procedures and coping techniques to manage the challenges of childbirth.Ideal for expectant parents in their third trimester (28 weeks and beyond), this course is divided into three consecutive sessions. Each session spans four hours, from 9 am to 1 pm, providing in-depth understanding and ample time for discussions and hands-on learning.
