We are excited to invite you to a FREE Housing Rights Workshop hosted by My New House in collaboration with the Housing Rights Center!
This workshop is designed to empower Los Angeles residents with essential information about tenant rights, fair housing protections, and new California housing laws that can make a difference in your life and community.
📚Topics will include:
- Fair housing laws & protections for families with children.
- Rights and accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
- Source of income protections (including Section 8 and vouchers).
- Eviction process, rent increases, and new law updates for 2025.
- Community resources for renters and homeowners.
