About this Event
Connecticut House and Senate legislators will discuss the issues and debates leading to the passage of CT House Bill 8002 in November 2025, a comprehensive effort to encourage the construction of more homes in communities across Connecticut.
This event is part of "Housing Plus: How Better Housing Connects to Everything," a year-long series of public conversations brings together prominent scholars, practitioners, advocates, and community members to discuss the role of better housing in strengthening community life in all its aspects. "Housing Plus" is part of "We Live Here New London," an exhibit examining the history and present-day realities of the housing crisis in America, presented by Connecticut College and the Center for Housing Opportunity Eastern Connecticut.
