♻️ Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day ♻️The City of Marlborough and the Town of Hudson are hosting a safe and convenient drop-off day for residents to dispose of hazardous household items.
📅 Saturday, May 2nd, 2026
🕘 9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
📍 860 Boston Post Road East
(Easterly Wastewater Treatment Facility, Marlborough, MA)
✅ Bring items like:
* Auto batteries, antifreeze, brake fluid
* Paints (oil-based), furniture stains, polishes
* Household cleaners & pesticides
* Fluorescent bulbs, propane tanks, pool chemicals
* Rechargeable batteries, TVs/VCRs, computers, monitors
🚫 Do NOT bring:
* Latex/acrylic paint
* Single-use batteries
* Large appliances, asbestos, tires
* Medical waste/sharps, explosives
💊 **Medications will NOT be collected** – but DIY disposal kits will be available. Expired/unwanted meds can be dropped at local police stations or CVS locations in Marlborough & Hudson.
👉 Marlborough & Hudson residents only – proof of residency required.
