House Talks at TolHouse in Bar One is a monthly conversation series connecting young Black professionals with leaders who are actively shaping their industries.
For our first session, we welcome Greg Braylock, Vice President of Strategic Integration at ProMedica and former Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer. With more than a decade of leadership across healthcare and community impact, Greg has built a career navigating executive spaces while staying grounded in purpose.
In conversation with Will Lucas, he’ll share insight on career growth, leadership, navigating high-level rooms, and building long-term impact. Each session includes a live conversation followed by audience dialogue, giving guests the opportunity to engage directly and walk away with practical perspective and meaningful connections.
