For more than 45 years, HAVEN has been a lifeline for survivors of domestic and sexual violence in Southeastern New Hampshire, providing shelter, advocacy, education, and prevention programs. Now, with their Building Dignity Campaign, HAVEN is creating a permanent, welcoming campus in Portsmouth that will:
Double the number of safe shelter units available to families in crisis
Expand prevention education to reach thousands more children each year
Offer a visible, accessible community hub where survivors can find safety, dignity, and hope
This gathering is a chance to hear firsthand about HAVEN’s impact, their vision for the future, and how we can all be part of building stronger, safer communities.
Light refreshments will be served, and all are welcome — friends, family, neighbors, colleagues.
