Where music LOVERS fall in LOVE with Yoga.Vinyasa Yoga is a moving meditation, your breath moves the body, "flowing" through yoga posture to a variety of genres of music.Like, Dark Wave Yoga classes, these classes are focused on staying in the present moment. Our teachers, design classes to flow from simple postures, towards more complex postures, offering options to modify or intensify. House of Yoga is meant to lift your spirits and celebrate community, music, and yoga.
All Levels - Intermediate classes are meant to be challenging, but offer plenty of options to modify.
