This is the annual event to honor Locking
Locking is the 1st streetdance and it was born in LA thanks to Don Campbellock the creator of locking.
This event is a safe environment, a place of resurgence, restoration, and reintroduction w/o politics.
A place to learn, connect, share and go off! ALL AGES
There are many generations and styles of locking that will be represented respectful of lineage so we can see the trajectory of its story, the culture of locking.
Everyone is welcome here at the House of Locking. Come be part of it whether you know how to lock or you don’t. This is LA history and culture. Let’s celebrate it and get new generations on board to continue to push it forward.
Featuring the advisory board:
Damita Jo Freeman, Anthony Thomas, Richie Rich, Mr Kleen, and Locking Jerry
They will be teaching and sharing their history and jamming with everyone!
