HOUSE OF LIGHT
Born out of Berlin & Melbourne’s squat and warehouse scene, House of Light are an indie band who have recently returned to Australia. Amidst a cinematic, shoegazey mesh of synths and guitars, their lyrics evoke the new romanticism of the 80s and the disillusion of the 90s. Compared to New Order, Radiohead & the Cure, they have played alongside Lydia Lunch, Pete Doherty, and the Drones, and have been interviewed by Andy Rourke of the Smiths. Their most recent album, ‘21st Century Prayer’ was voted Sound & Vision magazine’s #2 album of 2023, and their song “Cold” the #1 single of the year.

MATT MALONE & THE HOLY SPIRITS
Matt Malone is an iconoclastic singer-songwriter from the goldfields of Victoria, Australia. Malone is known for his bold baritone / tenebrous lyricism often compared to Jim Morrison, Glenn Danzig, Michael Gira + Johnny Cash, carving out a cult following through his intense live performances. He’s joined by rock n’ roll stickman James W. du Plessis (The Sea Birds) on drums + percussion and electric blues slide guitar player Benny Mc (Pete Wells Band). Matt Malone & The Holy Spirits have completed recording with Loki Lockwood (Spooky Records, The Drones, Spencer P. Jones) and released the single Wolfman on Halloween ‘25 followed by Jealousy on Valentine’s Day ‘26! Matt Malone & The Holy Spirits channel their unique blend of heavy delta blues, death country, + post-punk spiritualism - delivering live performances as much firebrand ritual as rock n’ roll show.

MICHAEL PLATER
Michael Plater is an Australian experimental/indie/folk/noir musician, who has played all over the world and put out a series of releases on such U.K. labels as Cruel Nature Records, Reverb Worship, and Hypostatic Union. His 2023 album, “Ghost Music”, was highly acclaimed, and was voted as the 4th best album of the year in U.K. music publication Sun 13.
