About this Event
In this workshop with garden-based social enterprise Hackney Herbal, you will be guided through an introduction to Autumn and best ways to connect with Nature and mirror some of her actions through the season. Thinking about how we are innately guided by the rhythms of the natural world, the sun and the moon and how living in line with these takes us back to traditional living and our roots.
Over freshly brewed herbal tea, you will learn about the importance of biodiversity and create wildflower seed balls to support birds, pollinators and other wildlife for you to take home and plant in your community.
Please let us know ahead of arrival if you have any accessibility requirements.
