Description: This slow form of yoga is a practice that connects body, breath, and mind. It uses postures, gentle flow, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health, reduce stress and inflammation, and provide muscles with opportunities to lengthen and strengthen.Prerequisite: none (All Levels)
