Step into the heat and into your healing. Hot Yoga: RnB Edition is a signature flow experience designed to help you release stress, deepen flexibility, strengthen the body, and elevate the mind — all to the smooth sounds of RnB.
This class blends intentional stretching, breathwork, and mindful movement inside a heated room. The heat helps the muscles become more flexible which allows you to explore your body with new depth. The heat also encourages a natural sweat detoxification.
