About this Event
Hot Vinyasa builds heat from within—and with the help of our heated studio—making it perfect for those who want to move, sweat, and flow. Breath and movement are linked in dynamic sequences, allowing you to find your rhythm and move at your own pace.
Class is heated between 85–95°F. Please bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Mats are available to rent for $5.

Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street in downtown Ann Arbor, next to the railroad tracks. Free parking is available in our lot. Look for the black door marked 22 with the red Mayan calendar.
