Speaker Bio
Laura Folkerts is an attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. practicing primarily in the area of labor and employment law, employment-related litigation. Laura provides guidance to employers on a wide range of employment matters, including deferred compensation and employee benefits. She additionally assists with training, policy review, and investigations and complaints, both internal and before civil rights commissions.
