Jayne Engle of Engle & Assoc. Insurance and Tina Donaldson of Goose Head Insurance will discuss the current state of insurance and what they see is the potential future for California homeowners. Eric Spitz and Steven Strickland of MyNHD will cover the Natural Hazard Disclosure, how to read it and how the various designations will impact insurance coverage. Ryan Grebe of Cal Fire will address the fire issues we have on the Central Coast and what we can do to prevent property loss.
