Join me for a lovely and grounding Hot Stones Restorative + Sound Bath! ❤️A Hot Stones Restorative Reiki & Sound Bath session is a deeply soothing style of yoga in which the body is placed in therapeutic postures which are supported with soft bolsters, blocks and cozy blankets while the mind is invited to slow down. Enjoy this relaxing session as heated basalt stones are gently placed on the body as you settle into restorative poses. The heat from the stones gently penetrates into muscles, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension, allowing you to relax in blissful luxury. Reiki with gentle adjustments are added into the session and of course the healing vibrations of the singing bowls.
