This yoga practice combines heat therapy with restorative yoga. Props like blankets and bolsters are used to fully support you in each posture so you can relax and let go.
While in these fully supported poses, Maddie will perform hands-on assists using hot stones to add warmth and weight.
No yoga experience or mat required!
