Hot Property are London's best-kept secret. A band with the raw energy of '70s rock n roll and the flamboyance to match, they possess a sound and presence impossible to ignore.
Lead vocalist Gabriel Corrigan and guitarist Jonny Webber founded the band with a vision to incorporate all the key elements of their heroes: Bluesy riffs, danceable rhythms and hook-laden choruses. As soon as they discovered that their ideals were shared by guitarist Luca Arshad, drummer Brad Hopkins and bassist Tyla Challenger,Hot Property was born.
Since forming in early 2024, the band have spent time writing and recording an arsenal of stellar music and setting themselves up for a huge future - this won't be the last you hear of Hot Property.
