THE MBS LAB & ENERGY WELLNESS BAR are two all female fitness communities coming together to host our 2nd annual Galentine’s Day Walk in honor of female friendships and bonds ! All Gals welcome ✨

CALLING ALL THE GALS 🗣️💓 Please bring your gals and/or your kids and join us for this FREE community walk and bonding experience 💓
What to expect:

• We will be walking a 5K (3 miles) through the beautiful Downtown San Jose / The Alameda community.
• Please wear pink or red (black or neutral bottoms are great)
• Please bring a water bottle, but we will have some available as well!
• DIY Flower Arrangement Bouquet Bar ($20 for bouquet making experience)
• ENERGY Wellness and Bar drinks available for purchases
• Ice Breakers/Games during our walk
• We thrive on positivity, vibes, and connection/networking! This is a space to be open and make new connections!
• To our MUVAS (Mothers, the mamas!) Please feel free to bring your strollers or children that are able to walk
• BRING ALL THE GIRLS TO THE YARD 🤩
