In this group, you'll connect with others who truly understand what you're experiencing, share stories, and gain insights into managing symptoms, embracing changes, and finding joy in this stage of life. Together, we'll discuss topics like self-care, intimate relationships, and reclaiming your pleasure. Led by clinical sexologist Kristine D’Angelo and women's health nurse practitioner Natalie Mohler, this group is here to remind you that you’re not alone—and that this journey can be empowering and transformative.
