Join Abby and our friends over at Nordic Spa Klub for a cozy Sunday afternoon of mind, body and breath work. Enjoy 45 minutes of yoga and 90 minutes of contrast therapy exploration. You'll learn about Nordic saunas and cold plunge history and practices, and then have the opportunity to explore at your own pace.
