Join Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary for our first Hot Cocoa & Wildlife event! As you make your way into Red Lodge for the annual Christmas Stroll weekend, stop by Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary to get the festive fun started. ❄️? Along with our animals enjoying fun enrichment, we’ll have activities for the whole family and a special schedule with the educators at YWS!
At 11am and 1pm there will be a story time in the education building featuring “When Winter Comes,” an engaging story that explores what happens with our wildlife during the winter months.
Following story time, at 11:30am and 1:30pm, there will be a special animal encounter with our tiger salamanders, M&M and Scherbatsky. We’ll bring them to you and share more about their stories and what these native salamanders do in the winter.
It’s going to be a festive and fun day to kick off your holiday weekend!
Regular admission price applies.
