The Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has decided to hold the Hot Air Balloon & Kite Festival every other year. Organizing this festival is a significant undertaking, and we want to avoid overburdening our sponsors, volunteers, and staff by hosting it annually.
