Hospitality Employer Connect: WCC Talent Night

WCC Hospitality Connect is a student-facing event on Wednesday, November 19, that brings together post‑secondary students and hospitality employers. This employer registration form lets organizations choose exactly how they want to participate so we can tailor the evening to your recruiting goals.

Employer participation options (choose any that apply):

• Employer Booth — A staffed table/booth to meet students one-on-one, collect resumes, and share recruitment materials.
• Speed Networking Host — Be part of the structured speed networking rounds to meet many students in short shifts.
• Resume Review Station — Volunteer HR reps offer 10–15 minute resume feedback sessions for students.
• Mock Interviewer — Conduct brief mock interviews to identify high-potential candidates and give constructive feedback.

• Access to pre-screened candidates — meet students who are actively seeking co-op, practicum, part-time and entry roles.
• Targeted recruiting — short conversations and resume reviews let you identify high-potential candidates quickly.

Logistics & requirements

• Event date/time: Wednesday, November 19, 2025 — 5:30 PM–8:00 PM.
• Location: On-campus, 13761 96 Ave, Surrey, BC.
• Booths include one table and two chairs. If you need AV or additional tables, please indicate this on the registration form.
• Employers should register their representatives and indicate desired participation options so we can assign space and schedule panel/volunteer slots.

Once you complete registration, WCC will follow up with a confirmation, a booth assignment, and logistical details.
