Hospice PEI is thrilled to welcome you back to our in-person Hike & Bike on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Confederation Landing in Charlottetown from 1:00–3:00 PM. Join us for an uplifting afternoon centered on movement, community, and connection. Whether you choose to hike, bike, walk, run, or rollerblade, this event is open to everyone and is a meaningful way to come together in support of a vital cause.If you’re unable to attend in person, you can still take part virtually from anywhere starting May 3. Every dollar raised stays right here on Prince Edward Island, helping to fund hospice care, grief support, and essential programs for Islanders living with a life-limiting diagnosis, as well as the families who walk alongside them.
This event takes place during Hospice Palliative Care Week (May 3–9, 2026), a national week that honours caregiving and highlights the importance of comfort, dignity, and compassion. As a nonprofit organization, Hospice PEI relies on the generosity of the community and events like this to continue providing care and support. Join us, and let us know who you are hiking for.
