You do not have to journey through Grief alone; while the inner space is your own personal experience; the process can be held with love and compassion … this is where the Horses come in ❤My own personal journey has been a torn and jagged experience, the practices that I had in place and Horse Medicine have been my greatest comforts … this February I invite you to join me as we invite Grief to Tea, as we offer our hearts to the Herd, and we create beautiful containers within our Self to carry our loved ones with us!
Space is limited to 6 participants, your day will begin in circle learning the Neuroscience of Grief & Horses as we enjoy tea and scones, we will cocoon in a hammock with sound and yoga nidra to ground us into our Self, a delicious lunch and we are off to the Paddocks to let the Herd hold space for us; the outdoor experience will conclude fireside with warm beverages and gentle reflection with Bonfire Blessings before we head back into the studio to wrap the day up with a creative expression to take home!
