About this Event
In 2016, I wrote a book entitled "Meditating with Animals : How to Create More Conscious Connections with the Healers and Teachers Among Us" after going through a series of major life events in very rapid succession - leading me to a total life transformation. My animals were there for me - they are our greatest teachers and healers. They instantly open our hearts and fill us with loving and joyful energy, reminding us of our true nature.
When I began sharing my healing gifts, I was drawn to this ranch where I have access to all the things that were part of my healing journey and it is my gift to share these with you.
WHAT WE WILL BE DOING:
Horse Connection + Sound Healing
This gathering will begin in a circle of connection, followed by a walkabout on the ranch where you'll have plenty of time to interact with the horses!
Horses help with emotional regulation, building confidence and trust and provide immediate and non-judgemental feedback on a persons emotions. They act as mirrors so we can see and learn about our current emotional state.
We'll make our way back over to the Oak Grove and I will guide you through a guided meditation to become and embody the energy, teaching and wisdom of the horse and after a dreamy gentle sound healing to integrate the whole experience.
You will leave feeling empowered and ready for this new year ahead!

THIS WILL BE A SMALL GROUP (so everyone has quality time with the horses, donkeys, goats and pigs!

Parking is plentiful inside the ranch.
Dress comfortably - closed toe shoes, a hat for the sun. You can bring a pillow and blanket if you like, rugs will be provided.
