Deadline for consignments to be posted online: 03/04/2026 @5pm, NO EXCEPTIONS! Consignments may be checked-in day of auction but will not be posted online.
To have your consignment posted on our event page:
-PRIVATE MESSAGE photo/video, current coggins and completed Animal Information Sheet (see below, copy to fill out and send)
-Consignment Fee of $25 must be paid for animal to be posted (QR code/link will be sent through messenger once animal is sent)
Hip Tag #'s will be assigned as animals are consigned, this is NOT the Selling # order. Selling order will be posted day of auction.
Event Page Rules:
ALL information for consigned animals is provided by the owner, not the auction. Please read the descriptions of each animal as we only have information the owner provides us.
We will NOT allow any shaming or harassment, from buyers or sellers. If you are not interested in the animal move on, it is simple. If you have legitimate questions, please comment on photo or send us a message with the hip tag # and we will answer as soon as we can. ANY AND ALL comments that we find inappropriate will be removed along with the person making the comment. ANY AND ALL questions that are answered in the description and/or event information will NOT be replied to.
