Hors Champs – Discussions artistiques
Hors Champs est né d’une envie de créer des ponts. Tous les 3ᵉ mercredis du mois, nous explorons le « hors-champ » : ce qui reste souvent invisible derrière les parcours des artistes et des acteurs du milieu de l’art. Un monde en mouvement, parfois déroutant, où l’on peut facilement se perdre.
Ces rencontres proposent un espace d’échange humain et accessible pour mieux comprendre les réalités qui entourent les œuvres : trajectoires professionnelles, canaux de diffusion, dynamiques d’autopromotion et enjeux du milieu.
Sans réponses toutes faites, l’objectif est avant tout de créer des liens et laisser émerger la conversation.
Invitée - Saraid Wilson
Avec un parcours à la croisée de la finance, de l’art et du développement stratégique, Saraid Wilson évolue entre mondes créatifs et organisationnels. Elle est Directrice des opérations à l’Atelier Lozano-Hemmer, studio du célèbre artiste médiatique Rafael Lozano-Hemmer.
Elle y pilote les dimensions clés du studio : finance, stratégie, investissements, administration, ressources humaines et systèmes internes. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’artiste, elle accompagne autant les expositions actuelles que le développement futur du studio.
Saraid détient des certifications de Harvard Business School et du Sotheby’s Art Institute. Diplômée avec distinction de l’Université Concordia, elle est récipiendaire du Art Education Prize et de la bourse Hydro-Québec Masters.
Avant de rejoindre l’Atelier Lozano-Hemmer, elle a occupé plusieurs rôles stratégiques chez LNDMRK, notamment comme Directrice Générale.
Animatrices
Adeline œuvre dans le milieu de l’art public depuis 2013, entre curation, gestion et production de projets.
Hélène est fondatrice du Lab Transmission, réflexologue corporelle et artiste collagiste, engagée dans les liens entre création et expérience humaine.

Off Frame – Artistic Discussions
Hors Champs was born from a desire to build bridges. Every third Wednesday of the month, we explore the “off-frame” — the often unseen dimensions behind the paths of artists and art professionals. A constantly shifting world, sometimes disorienting, where it’s easy to lose one’s bearings.
These gatherings offer a human and accessible space for exchange, inviting participants to reflect on the realities surrounding artistic practices: professional trajectories, channels of dissemination, self-promotion dynamics, and broader art world challenges.
Without predefined answers, the intention is simply to create connections and allow conversation to unfold.
Guest - Saraid Wilson
With a background spanning finance, art, and strategic development, Saraid Wilson moves fluidly between creative and organizational worlds. She is Head of Operations at Atelier Lozano-Hemmer, the studio of acclaimed media artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer.
She oversees the studio’s core operations, including finance, strategy, investments, administration, human resources, and internal systems. Working closely with the artist, she supports both current exhibitions and the studio’s long-term development.
Saraid holds certificates from Harvard Business School and Sotheby’s Art Institute. She graduated with honors from Concordia University and is the recipient of the Art Education Prize and the Hydro-Québec Masters Scholarship.
Prior to joining Atelier Lozano-Hemmer, she held several strategic roles at LNDMRK, notably serving as General Manager.

Adeline has been active in the public art field since 2013, working across curation, management, and project production.
Hélène is the founder of Lab Transmission, a body reflexologist and collage artist, exploring the connections between creation and human experience.
