Sunday, February 16th, Join the Horrible Things Film Club for Our Love of Lynch, a Free Day-Long celebration of the life and works of David Lynch.
Artist and Filmmaker David Lynch passed away on January 15th this year. His works are not only some of the most provocative, perplexing, and inspiring ever created, but each is a vision of the world that's entirely his own.
Starting at noon at Ratio Beerworks in RiNo, the Horrible Things Film Club will be joined by over a dozen guests who want to share what David Lynch's films mean to them personally. Collectively, we'll explore what made his work so extraordinary, strange, and vital.
In addition to panel discussions and presentations about (almost) all of David Lynch's film work, We will also show *Two of David Lynch's feature films, but both titles will be kept secret until showtime. (See the Tentative schedule below!)
This is a great event to attend if you've been curious about Lynch's work but are unsure where to start. It'll be equally enjoyable if you already have a love for his work and want to share that appreciation with others.
Our Love of Lynch is also our inaugural screening event with the wonderful people at Ratio Beerworks RiNo! As a testament to them being a perfect match for our club, Ratio enthusiastically supported us when we proposed this 9-hour event, our most ambitious event to date. (They also love Lynch.)

Part 1 focuses on the early works of David Lynch, including his Art, Early Short Films, and first feature films. Presenters include Pat Austin, Professor Andy Scahill, James Kilmury, Max Alvarez, Nic Falcone, and more.
SECRET DAVID LYNCH FEATURE FILM #1 - 2:00 PM
We can't tell you what film we're showing, but it's a Lynch Masterpiece from the 80's

Part 2 focuses on the later works of David Lynch, including his commercials and feature films from the '90s-00s. Presenters include Alexander Amadei, Eric Paton, Madi Lyn, Sarah Batchelor, and more.
