About this Event
A shared space to converse about cycles in all stages of life. Yes, this is in regards to our hormones. If you are bleeding or not, this is for you. Yes, perimenopause and menopause are welcome too. We feel the more we share with each other, the better in figuring things out together and empowering each other!
What if we if all got together and created a space for hormonal awareness? Let's talk about what works and doesn't work as individuals navigating our cycles. There are plenty of stages of life and unique bodies, knowledge shares, methods, and many products out there geared to balance our hormones. Having a shared space to discuss all this is creating community health + enriching our personal cognisense. We can be a very empowering ecosystem of support!
