Get your first real taste of college life at Hopwood Hall College.
Join us on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at our Middleton campus for a hands-on taster day designed for Year 10 students. You’ll step into your chosen subject, try out practical activities, meet your future tutors, and see what studying at college is actually like.
Choose one subject area:
- Automotive, Brickwork, Carpentry & Joinery, Construction and the Built Environment, Electrical Installation, Engineering Technologies, Multi-skills, Painting & Decorating or Plumbing
- Animal Management, Animal Nursing or Equine Care and Management
- Digital, IT & Computing
- Sport (General Sports Studies or Sport & Exercise Science)
- Health & Social Care
- Science
- Skills for Life
- Uniformed Protective Services
Important: You can book onto one subject area only, so choose the one you’re most interested in.
Places are limited to keep sessions safe, practical and hands-on so they will fill up quickly.
