Join Lynchburg Beacon of Hope for HOPEx, our 5th annual evening of live storytelling. This year’s theme, “Hope in Action,” is where energy, creativity, and the Lynchburg community collide. The speaker lineup features local creators and Lynchburg City Schools alumni making their mark. “Hope in Action” will include performances and spoken stories that reflect the vibrant, everyday hope moving across our community, emceed by Executive Director Leidra McQueen, with musical stylings by Flat Five Jazz.This annual fundraiser allows Lynchburg Beacon of Hope to continue creating opportunities for Lynchburg’s young people through scholarships, internships, and post-graduation support. This event and the work it supports is real. It is inspiring. And it is a reminder that action does not always look like a leap. It is one step sparking another, one voice inspiring the next.
